Tom is the Managing Director of Budinick & Associates, LLC and has over twenty years of executive search firm experience in the area of supply chain management. He has significant expertise in the area of Strategic Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Process Improvement and Operational Excellence including Toyota Production System, Six Sigma and TQM. He has completed hundreds of search assignments including at the Vice President, Director and Manager level.

Over 75% of his search assignments are from past customers. His clients have included each of the Big Four consulting firms and numerous private Equity firms. Prior Tom served as the Managing Partner of Austin Henley and Company where he led the firm’s Supply Chain Practice and served as the Chair of the firms Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence.
